A group of 101 farmers resumed their foot march to Delhi shortly after 12 noon on Sunday from the Shambhu protest site on the Punjab-Haryana border to press the Centre for various demands, including a legal guarantee for Minimum Support Price (MSP).
Punjab Farmers' 'Delhi Chalo' In Photos?
Agitated farmers from Punjab representing various farmer organisations began their march towards Delhi as a part of their protest demanding a legal guarantee for the Minimum Support Price (MSP) and other key issues. They set off from the Shambhu protest site on the Punjab-Haryana border while police fired tear gas shells at them to stop them from proceeding.
