US Finds Remains Of F-35 Fighter Jet, A Day After Crash

The US military on Monday found debris from a crashed F-35B fighter jet in South Carolina. This followed a day after seeking public’s help to locate the elusive wreckage. Joint Base Charleston on Sunday had asked people to assist the recovery teams and call the Base Defence Operations Center with any information. The search teams unearthed the wreckage a day later.?

The pilot of the F-35B Lightning II jet had, however, safely ejected from the flight on Sunday afternoon.?
