Sonu Nigam, Malini Awasthi Come Together For Ricky Kej's Devotional Song For Lord Ram

Musician Ricky Kej has composed a song for the inauguration of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. Titled 'Ram Ke Hriday Mein', the song is sung by Sonu Nigam and Malini Awasthi.

With the Ram Mandir inauguration in Ayodhya going on in full swing, three-time Grammy-winning musician – Ricky Kej – has composed a new song with Sonu Nigam and Malini Awasthi. Titled ‘Ram Ke Hriday Mein’, the song is touted to be dedicated to Lord Ram’s return to Ayodhya.

The song ‘Ram Ke Hriday Mein’ is part of a documentary by the famous author, Amish Tripathi. It is a part of the upcoming documentary titled, ‘Ram Janmabhoomi: Return of a Splendid Sun’ which is made by the author. The track is dedicated to Lord Ram, and it aims to promote peace and harmony. It celebrated the return of the great Suryavanshi – Lord Ram.

Talking about the inauguration of the Ram Mandir, Ricky Kej said it is an important event for everyone. In a conversation with Hindustan Times, the musician said, “The consecration of the Ram temple is extremely important for everyone. While growing up, I was not mature enough to understand the importance of the same. And that has changed now. Today, I understand that the event has got a lot of historical significance. It is the birthplace of Lord Rama. And it is beautiful that a temple is being built over there. Now, people from all over the world can go there and seek Lord Rama’s blessings. It holds a great significance.”

The music has been produced and composed by Ricky Kej. Sonu Nigam and Malini Awasthi have lent their voice to the song. The lyrics have been penned by Geet Sagar.
