Check out the teaser of the show right here:
The makers have revealed that it will be a 7-episodic show, which will mark Rohit Shetty’s first step towards OTT. While he has been a massively successful director for almost 2 decades now, his last film ‘Cirkus’ turned out to be a bad turkey and bombed badly at the ticket windows. This is his chance to redeem his position as one of the most successful directors of the country. While ‘Indian Police Force’ has been created by Rohit Shetty the episodes have been jointly directed by him and Sushwanth Prakash.
With ‘Indian Police Force’, Rohit Shetty promises to pay a heartfelt tribute to the Indian police. He wants to dedicate the show to their selfless service, their unconditional commitment and their level of fierce patriotism towards the country and the people of it.
The teaser shows different parts of a big city having blasts. However, there seems to be something more deadly in the planning which feels like a ticking time bomb. Will Sidharth Malhotra, Shilpa Shetty and Vivek Oberoi be able to nab the criminals red-handed before they are able to do any damage to the fabric of the country? They will be ably supported by Shweta Tiwari, Nikitin Dheer, Rituraj Singh, Mukesh Rishi and Lalit Parimoo.
The show will hit Amazon Prime Video on January 19.
